Trevor Blythe, June '09
My wife Jill and I have just returned from our Zambian holiday, having spent time with your teams at Kakuli, Luwi, Nsolo and Mchenja.
We had an absolutely fabulous time. Not only is the South Luangwa a great destination but the Norman Carr service was outstanding. The accommodation and food were terrific and the quality of guiding was truly excellent everywhere. Once it was known we were particularly interested in birds, we travelled miles in pursuit of them (not only of the exotic but also those notorious “LBJs”!) with the enthusiastic support and endless patience of our guides, who also made every effort to ensure we saw all the other wonderful wildlife on the way and learned a lot about the small things which it’s impossible to pick up on from a jeep. We now know a lot more than we ever envisaged knowing about dung; we are very much ‘into dung’, if you’ll pardon the thought!
We would therefore like to commend highly Aubrey and Robin, Brian and Briony, Shaddy and Priya and Levi, Mindy and Anke – and all of the rest of the teams at each of the camps- for their expertise, their unfailing courtesy and their complete commitment to making our holiday a success. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and, as you can probably sense, they have all left at least two visitors very impressed and with a lifetime’s memories of a great holiday in a lovely country."

Dear Trevor and Jill, Thank you so much for taking the time to send us such super feedback. I am utterly thrilled that you enjoyed it all so much and was very moved by your lovely comments in the Nsolo guest book. The staff are very chuffed too – they are indeed all very committed to giving guests the experience of a lifetime and love it when they exceed expectations! We are grateful to you for noticing this commitment and for entering so wholeheartedly into our little part of the world – such a precious place! |
